Some of the Scottish shooters as well as those from Devon and Cornwall & from Chudleigh & Ashburton have or have had range access issues.

They may or may not be able to start or complete their league program in time!

Hence a lot of gaps in some places!

The Prone Handicap  part of the winter league again failed to see much of a return of cards.

It is clearly of little interest so will be dropped from 2018-17
